Fertiliser: Less, More Often
We discovered that our Tow & Fert machines can produce the same pasture production while using up to 50% less nitrogen. This got us thinking and after extensive research and trialing, we developed the LMO (Less, More Often) Program with future regulations in mind.
We’re always keeping costs in mind for farmers like you. We know there’s a lot of fertiliser waste in the industry. Most nutrients are applied separately at high rates, which drives up your costs and harms the environment.
What if we changed the way you apply fertiliser? Instead of just putting it on once or twice a year, why not apply your maintenance fertiliser after grazing, along with some Urea?
R & J AgriSpray’s LMO program combines all nutrients, including lime and trace elements in one mix, and feeds the plant what it needs, when it needs it, after each grazing.
The LMO mix can be used in a bulk spreader or in fine particle form through a Tow & Fert. You could potentially save up to 50% when applying with a Tow & Fert and up to 30% with a bulk spreader. Mixes can be supplied in bulk or 1 Tonne bags.
